Apple & Mint Cooler with Aloe Vera
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 medium green apples, cored and chopped 1 leaf aloe vera (approx. 4 inches) 6 leaves fresh spearmint 1⁄3 lemon
Directions:
Thoroughly was all ingredients and chill prior to preparation. Pass through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Carrot & Burdock with Sweet Plum Vinegar
Serves 2
Ingredients:
6 to 8 medium carrots, chopped 1 fresh burdock root, chopped 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley leaves 2 drops ume plum vinegar
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and rinse parsley. Pass carrots, burdock and parsley through juicer. Add vinegar. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve warm or cool and enjoy.

Refreshing Green Apple & Fennel
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 bulb fennel 2 medium green apples, cored and chopped 2 leaves kale
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit and chill prior to preparation. Pass through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Savory Tomato & Celery
Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes 3 stalks celery 2 leaves kale 1⁄2 lemon
2 sprigs fresh dill
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Chill prior to preparation if desired. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Cool Carrot & Tomato
Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 medium carrots, chopped 2 medium tomatoes 1⁄2 lemon 1 tbsp. fresh oregano
10 leaves fresh basil
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit and chill prior to preparation. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Invigorating Fennel & Cranberry
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 bulbs fennel 11⁄2 cups fresh cranberries 1 leaf aloe vera (approx. 3 inches) 1⁄4 tsp. agave nectar Optional: 1 watermelon rind (approx. 6 inches)
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Pass fennel, cranberries and aloe vera through juicer. Add agave nectar. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Fennel fronds may be added for a more pronounced licorice flavor.

8 medium carrots, chopped 3 leaves cabbage 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley leaves 2 drops ume plum vinegar

5 to 6 stalks celery 2 medium green apples, cored and chopped 1⁄8 bunch fresh parsley 2 leaves kale

Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Rinse parsley. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Include celery leaves for added nutritional value.

3 cucumbers 2 medium green apples, cored and chopped 8 fresh basil leaves 2 drops ume plum vinegar

Fresh Carrot, Cabbage & Apple Medley

Ingredients:
8 medium carrots, chopped 2 medium green apples, cored and chopped 3 leaves cabbage 1⁄2 lemon 1⁄2-inch piece fresh ginger
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: A firm, shiny ginger root provides more juice.

Daikon & Cabbage Soother with Fresh Lotus Root
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 whole fresh lotus root 1⁄2 daikon radish 3 leaves cabbage
Directions:
Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: For a refreshing lung elixir, heat this juice for 3 minutes prior to serving.
