2 handfuls chard
2 cups frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
2 cups purified water
Blend together in blender or Vita-mix.
Drink up, yummy!! Add Nut mixure for more fiber.

2 1/2 cups spinach
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 lime (juiced)
1 tsp stevia (1 green leaf)
3 roma tomatoes

Nut Recipe:
3 cups falx seed
2 cups of raw sunflower seeds
1 cup of raw almonds
To make a smaller quantity
1 cup of flaxseed
2/3 cup of raw sunflower seeds
1/3 cup of raw almonds
